Going up a size is always a smart choice!
Since our coats and jackets have adjustable Velcro closures there is a bit of room to make allowances. The most important measurement is the back length. The chest and neck sizes can be approximate. Measure your dog from the place where his/her collar sits on the neck to the point on the back just before the tail. This is the back length.
